ESL  FOOD  and  HEALTHY  EATING

All ESL students are welcome to apply.  Some activities include cooking, setting up a Vegie patch/heb garden here at the Centre and market/supermarket visits.

The last session on Friday 16th December will be the Centre Christmas Break-up where the class will be doing the catering.

Dates:   Thursday 13th October to Thursday 27th October and Thursday 24th November to Thursday 15th December
Time:   12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Dates:  Friday 14th October to Friday 28th October and Friday 25th November to Friday 16th December
Time:  9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Cost:   Free.

Sailability – The Next Step 

For People with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

This is a new ‘learn to sail’ program for people with a disability.  ‘Sailability – the Next Step’ are 10 week courses that teach you  ’Get into Small Boat Sailing’ basic skills, even if you’ve never sailed before.  This new structured program is an alternative pathway to the casual recreational sailing in ‘Sailability’.

What:   ‘Sailability – the Next Step’ 10 week course.

Who:   This 10 week course is for people with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).  Register your interest immediately as numbers are limited to four people.

Where:   Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, 120 Nelson Place, Williamstown.

When:   Monday, 10th October to MOnday 19th December from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  This is no class on MOnday, 31st October (Melbourne Cup weekend).

Cost:   This course is part of the two year pilot program and is free.
